Holiday route roadside assistance – we bring you and your car home

We recover the car — and, where possible, you and your passengers — home to your own country, not only Poland. Most of our customers on these routes are from Poland, but we also bring drivers back to Czechia, Slovakia and the Baltic states. Tell us where the car needs to go and we plan the recovery to there.

Croatia and the whole Adriatic (Istria, Kvarner, Dalmatia, Dubrovnik), Italy (the Adriatic coast, Tuscany, Rome and central Italy), Hungary (Budapest and Lake Balaton), Bulgaria's Black Sea coast, and Czechia, Slovakia and Austria — which are both destinations and the corridor almost everyone drives through. On these long international routes, plan on roughly 8-12 hours, because a truck often has to cross one or two borders to get to you. It is slower than a local call-out at home, which is exactly why it helps to phone early and keep a number saved for the whole drive rather than only for the destination.

Stop somewhere safe, switch on the hazard lights, put on your reflective vest and set out the warning triangle, and get everyone behind the barrier if you are on a motorway. Then call and tell us where you are, what the car is doing and how it is loaded. If anyone is hurt or the road is blocked, call the European emergency number 112 first.

It might — but check two things in your policy: whether the assistance covers travel abroad, and how far it will tow. Some policies only move the car 'to the nearest workshop', which does not help if it needs to come home from the coast. Keep your policy number and the assistance line with you, and we can work alongside them.

Yes — we operate around the clock, all year, including nights, weekends and holidays. That is deliberate: on holiday routes breakdowns happen most often at weekends and in the evenings, when people travel and foreign workshops are shut.

Yes. An electric car always travels on a flatbed — we never tow it on its wheels, because on many models the turning drive wheels can damage the drivetrain when the motor is stationary. We take it to the nearest suitable charging or service point, or home, as needed.

We transport a damaged car the same way, whether or not it can still roll. See to safety first, and if anyone is injured or the road is blocked call 112. After a crash abroad, keep any documents from the police or the other driver — they help with the insurance side later.

That's no problem — company, family, borrowed and rental cars are everyday on these routes. We just need the owner's consent to move the vehicle and the car's details, so keep the registration document and your ID with you.

Yes! We operate across the Silesian voivodeship — within approx. 100 km of Koziegłowy. We cover Częstochowa, Myszków, Zawiercie and Siewierz, as well as the A1, S1, DK78 and DK91 routes.
