We tow tractor units both solo and in sets, as well as semi‑trailers and trailers — even when the trailer has to be transported separately or transferred to a replacement vehicle so the load can continue without waiting for repairs. We cooperate with domestic and international carriers, so we know that for a transport company it’s not only the vehicle itself that matters, but above all the continuity of the haul: documents, cargo and delivery deadline. On the motorway and express road we operate according to a fixed procedure. After receiving a call we determine the exact location — road number, direction of travel and nearest exit — and the type of set and cargo. We advise the driver on how to safely secure the incident site until we arrive, and once on scene we take over the organization: from securing the vehicle, through taking the set, to transporting it to a workshop, the carrier’s base or another designated location. If the incident is a collision, we also assist with the insurer — we handle the towing settlement with the at‑fault party’s liability insurance or the vehicle’s comprehensive insurance. We also handle atypical situations: a vehicle immobilized in a service parking lot, a set after a fuel‑system or electrical failure, a tractor that cannot roll on its wheels, or a trailer with cargo requiring reloading.
